For many, it's the only sport they want to do during their winter vacation. The good news: in Dalnig, the fun on the slopes is just a stone's throw away. Ten minutes, to be precise. That's all it takes to access the over 100 kilometers of varied slopes in the local ski area.
Tip: Leave your car behind. The ski and spa bus stops several times a day right in front of our guesthouse and takes you directly to the slopes and back again. Have fun skiing!
Bathing fun
Your spa holiday in Carinthia starts here – EVEN IN WINTER.
Water is omnipresent during a holiday in Carinthia. In Bad Kleinkirchheim, too, people swim frequently – all year round.
In winter, the fun continues indoors – at the Römerbad thermal baths right in town. With 872 square meters of indoor and outdoor water surface, 13 saunas on three levels, and a whole list of pampering treatments to book on top. The result: at least as much fun and relaxation as in summer.
Tobogganing
NOT JUST A REAL HIGHLIGHT FOR FAMILY HOLIDAYS.
In winter, our guests love to head out into nature with their toboggans. And they only come back when their fun and action tanks are completely full. Luckily, we have several toboggan runs in the region, some of which are even illuminated.
A little tip: This can easily be combined with a stop for refreshments. The ever-popular Carinthian Kasnudeln (cheese noodles) are simply a must on such a tobogganing day.

Among the most popular spots for ice skating is undoubtedly Lake Weissensee, home to the largest natural ice skating rink in Europe. Bad Kleinkirchheim also boasts an ice rink where you can skate to your heart's content. We also know a few real hidden gems – just ask us!

The nearby Turracher Höhe takes the skiing experience to the next level: the Schwarzsee-Hochmoor-Loipe trail winds through snow-covered forests at over 1,800 meters.
