Cancellation policy according to the Austrian Hotel and Contract Terms and Conditions:

Up to 1 month before arrival: There are no cancellation fees. We only reserve the right to retain a processing and administration fee of €25.00 for handling and any refund of the deposit.

From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.

If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price.

To be protected in case of illness, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!
